About us

US companies for founders who don't live in the US

Forming a company in the United States is designed around people who already have a Social Security number and a US address. Most of the founders we work with have neither. Register Quick LLC exists to make that a solved problem instead of a research project.

The problem

The US company is easy. Everything around it isn't.

Filing articles with a state takes minutes. The walls appear either side of it — and they all assume you live in the United States.

The forms assume an SSN

The IRS online EIN application only works for someone with a Social Security number or ITIN. Everyone else has to go a slower route with a signed Form SS-4 — which is the route we run for you.

Someone has to be in the state

Every state wants a registered agent with a real address inside that state to receive legal and state mail. A home address in Bengaluru or Lisbon can't do that job.

The deadlines don't email you

Each state sets its own annual report date and fee, and nobody sends a reminder in your time zone. Missing one is how a good company quietly stops being in good standing.

How we work

Four habits we don't bend on

None of this is clever. It is just the way we would want to be sold to from eight time zones away.

Published prices, not quotes

One plan fee per company per year, in US dollars. Starter is $349 a year and Pro is $999 a year, and both are on the pricing page whether or not you ever talk to us.

State fees at cost, on their own line

What Wyoming or Delaware charges to file is what you pay — we add nothing to it and we show it separately from our fee. Every state's fee is on the state pages.

One place for documents and dates

Articles, EIN letter, operating agreement and every upcoming deadline live in the same dashboard, so nothing depends on finding an old email thread.

Guides that cite their sources

Our guides and comparisons are researched from state and IRS sources, dated, and updated when the source changes — including the parts that argue against buying anything from us.

How we make money

Plan fees. That's the whole model.

You should know how a company that files your paperwork gets paid, because that is what decides the advice it gives you. Ours is simple enough to put on one screen.

  • A plan fee per company, per year. $349 for Starter, $999 for Pro, charged in US dollars and renewing on the same date each year. Partner firms and multi-entity teams pay their own published rates.
  • Government fees at cost. State filing fees and state annual fees are passed straight through. We don't mark them up, and we don't bundle them into a headline price to make it look smaller.
  • No kickbacks. We are not paid to send you to a particular bank, card, payment processor or accountant, and we don't sell your data — see our privacy policy.
  • Renewal prices you can read today. What year two costs is on the pricing page before you buy year one, and cancelling is covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

What we don't do

The limits, in writing

Plenty of the industry sells certainty it can't deliver. These are the things we won't claim, and they are the same in our legal disclaimer.

  • We don't give legal or tax advice. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm, and using us doesn't create an attorney–client relationship. For advice about your situation, use your own lawyer or tax adviser.
  • We don't promise you a bank account. Banks, payment processors and marketplaces make their own decisions. We prepare what they ask for; we can't decide for them.
  • We don't promise government timing. States and the IRS decide how long a filing takes and whether to accept it. We publish what each state currently quotes and tell you when it slips.
  • We don't hide the renewal. No first-year price that quietly triples, and no fee that only appears at checkout.
  • We don't publish reviews we made up. No invented customer counts, no stock-photo testimonials, no star ratings we wrote ourselves. If we can't source a number, it isn't on the site.

How we're structured

Who you are actually buying from

Register Quick LLC is a service of Quick LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We are a small remote team working across India and the United States, and support is by email.

  • Filings and the registered agent. State filings, the registered agent and the registered office address are carried out with our US filing and registered agent partner, under the disclosure in our registered agent notice.
  • EIN applications. Where you ask us to, we prepare and submit Form SS-4 and act as your authorised third-party designee. That authority ends once the IRS issues the number.
  • US federal tax filings. On plans that include them, returns such as Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 are prepared by an independent US tax preparer, not by us.
  • Support. Email reaches a person. The assistant on this site answers instantly, and anything it can't settle comes to us.

Ready when you are

Start with the price, not a sales call

Every plan fee and every state fee is published. Read them, work out your first year, and order when it makes sense — or ask us anything first.
