Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you form a company through Register Quick LLC, why we need it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do with it. We ask for what a filing, a payment or your account needs, and not for more.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Register Quick LLC is a service of Quick LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the controller — the “data fiduciary” in Indian law — for the personal data described below.
This policy covers the website, your account and every service you order through it, and it sits alongside our terms of service. We are not a law firm or an accountancy firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Privacy questions and requests: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address, country and phone number. Your password is never stored as text — only as a salted scrypt hash.
- Company details. The company name and state, the members and their ownership percentages, how the company is managed, its business purpose, the addresses used on the filing, and the contact person for the order.
- Tax identification. Whether an owner holds a US Social Security Number or ITIN. The IRS handles EIN applications differently depending on the answer.
- Identity documents, when we have to verify an order. They stay with that order.
- Orders and payments. What you bought, when and for which company. Card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store a full card number.
- Messages. Support conversations, and anything you send through the chat on this site or its follow-up form.
- Login sessions. The IP address and browser of each sign-in, so misuse of an account can be spotted.
Most of this comes from you, some from the partner firm that ordered for you. Filing numbers, approval dates and stamped documents come back from state offices and the IRS.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To do the work you paid for — the formation filing, your registered agent, the EIN application, document storage, deadline reminders, annual reports and, on plans that include it, what an independent tax preparer needs for a US return. This is necessary to perform our contract with you, and covers taking payment and keeping the order records.
- To meet legal duties — the filing, tax and accounting records we must keep, and the verification our partners or the law require before some filings.
- To keep the service safe and answer you — spotting account misuse, limiting abuse, and replying to support questions and sales enquiries, which are our legitimate interests.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we rely on your consent or on a legitimate use such as providing the service you asked for. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. The AI assistant on this site
The chat on the public site is an AI assistant called Ella. What you type into it is sent to a third-party AI provider, DeepSeek, which generates the reply. Please do not type sensitive personal data into the chat — no passwords, identity document numbers, tax numbers or bank details. Use your account or email for those.
The conversation itself stays in your own browser for the current browsing session; our cookie policy explains where. If you fill in the chat's follow-up form, we store the name, email address and message as a sales enquiry so a person can answer you.
5. Who we share it with
- State filing offices and the IRS — where a formation, an amendment, an annual report or an EIN application has to go.
- Our US filing and registered agent partner, which submits filings and acts as your registered agent and registered office.
- An independent US tax preparer, on plans that include tax filing, and only what the return needs.
- Stripe, which processes card payments, and DeepSeek, our AI provider, for messages sent to the site chat.
- The partner firm that ordered for you, if one did. It sees the status, documents and deadlines of the companies it ordered.
- Authorities and advisers where the law requires it, and a buyer of the business if Quick LLC is ever sold, on the same terms as this policy.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. The companies that process data for us are listed in our sub-processor list; partner firms and other business customers can ask for our data processing agreement.
6. Formation filings become public records
In most states, the documents filed to create a company go onto a public register anyone can search. Depending on the state and the form, that can include the company name, its address, its registered agent and sometimes the names of members or managers. Once a filing is accepted, neither of us can take it off that register. If you would rather a particular address did not appear, tell us before we file and we will tell you what the state requires.
7. Where your data is stored, and transfers between countries
The application and its database run on a single server in Falkenstein, Germany, operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. Cloudflare provides DNS, TLS and CDN in front of it, so requests pass through Cloudflare's network before they reach us. We are a US company and the work you buy is American, so your data is processed in both the European Union and the United States: filings go to US agencies, our US filing and registered agent partner works in the US, Stripe takes the payment, and our AI provider operates outside the EU.
Where data protected by the GDPR moves to the United States, the transfer is necessary to perform our contract with you — a US company cannot be formed without sending the details to a US agency. Where a provider offers standard contractual clauses in its processing terms, those apply too. US authorities also have powers to demand data that EU law would not grant them; we respond only to lawful, properly made requests, and we will tell you about one unless we are legally barred from doing so.
8. How long we keep it
- Account and company records: while your account is open, and for seven years after your last filing, because filing, tax and payment records have to stay available that long.
- Login session records (the IP address and browser of a sign-in): about 90 days.
- Site chat conversations: in your own browser only, until that browsing session ends.
- Sales enquiries: while they are still relevant to the sales relationship.
Closing your account does not erase everything. We keep the records the law requires and the records behind filings we made for you; the rest goes.
9. How we protect it
- Passwords are hashed with scrypt and a per-user salt, so nobody here can read them.
- Session tokens are stored only as hashes, so a copy of our session table cannot be used to sign in as you.
- Requests that change data are checked for same-origin, which stops another site acting through your logged-in browser.
- Rate limits per IP address slow down password guessing and automated abuse.
- Access is role-based: staff and partner firms see only the accounts and filings they need.
No system is perfectly secure and we make no claim to the contrary; our security page has the detail. If you think someone else has used your account, email [email protected] straight away and change your password.
10. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy (access);
- fix anything wrong or out of date (correction);
- delete what we are not required to keep (erasure);
- send your account and company data to you or to someone else in a machine-readable file (portability);
- stop or limit a use we base on our legitimate interests (objection and restriction);
- withdraw a consent you gave, which does not undo what was done before you withdrew it.
Send requests to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, and we may first ask you to prove who you are, because these requests move company and identity records. If we have to refuse part of a request — usually because we must keep a filing, tax or payment record — we will tell you which part and why.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or cannot act, and you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Under the GDPR you can complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work. Either way, we would rather you came to us first.
If you are in California
You can ask what we collect, request a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. There is nothing to opt out of: we do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
11. Children
The service is for adults. You must be 18 to open an account, and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
12. Cookies and browser storage
We set one essential cookie to keep you logged in; your browser also remembers your light or dark theme and holds the current chat conversation. There is no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookie here, which is why you are never asked to dismiss a cookie banner. Our cookie policy lists each one and how to clear them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
