Example: a Wyoming client costs you $382 in year one ($279 bundle + $103 state fee), then $198 a year for the agent and annual report, plus Wyoming's $60 minimum fee.
RBI filings are a service your firm can add
For a resident Indian, owning a US LLC is an overseas direct investment under FEMA's overseas investment rules. The US side is ours; the reporting in India is work your clients already trust you with.
- Form FC before the money moves. Filed through the client's authorised dealer (AD) bank before capital is remitted to the US company.
- Annual Performance Report by December 31. Every year the investment is held, certified by a Chartered Accountant.
- A recurring engagement. The APR comes back every year, alongside the US annual report and Form 5472 we handle.
