Starter is $349 a year and covers formation, your EIN, a registered agent and the annual report filing. The government's fee is shown on its own line and passed through without markup.
What does the state fee cover, and why is it separate?
It's the government's filing fee, charged exactly at cost. It varies from about $35 in Montana to over $500 in Massachusetts, so we show it separately instead of hiding it inside a bundle.
What do I pay in year two?
Your plan renews at the same yearly price — Starter $349, Pro $999 — plus whatever your state charges for its yearly report or tax, at cost. In Wyoming that's $60 minimum; New Mexico has no annual report at all; Delaware's annual LLC tax is $400 from tax year 2026.
Are the rupee prices fixed?
Rupee amounts are indicative: we convert at ₹95.55 per US dollar and round to the nearest ₹100. State fees are set in dollars by each state.
Do I need to file anything with the IRS each year?
A foreign-owned single-member LLC files Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 for every year it has a reportable transaction with you, including money you put in or take out, even with no revenue. The IRS penalty for missing it is $25,000 per form. Pro includes this filing, prepared by our US tax partner.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before your renewal. If you leave, change your registered agent or dissolve the company first, so the state doesn't mark it as in default. We'll walk you through it.
